Please read these terms carefully before using AITHERCAST.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AITHERCAST service ("Service") provided by Call Me Fred – adsyme Ltd, company number: 08301982 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
AITHERCAST is a platform that produces ready-to-air audio bulletins for radio stations. It offers two independent services, which can be activated separately or together from the same account:
Each active service delivers up to 3 bulletins per day, at 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 local time. Bulletins may open with your station name and, where configured, your sponsor.
The Service works on prepaid credits. One credit corresponds to one delivered bulletin. Weather and News each have their own credits, purchased separately: Weather credits cannot be used for News bulletins, and vice versa. Voice previews generated while configuring a service use separate configuration credits, not Weather or News credits. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Credits do not expire. When a service runs out of credits, its bulletins stop until new credits are purchased.
Prices are displayed on the website and on the payment screen, exclusive of VAT or sales tax where applicable. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Bulletins are delivered in MP3 and WAV format by email to the address associated with your account, and are also available from a persistent URL that always plays your latest bulletin.
Bulletins are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and synthetic voices. Weather bulletins rely on forecast data from third parties, and forecasts are by nature uncertain. News bulletins are compiled from third-party articles; stories are selected and summarised automatically, without human editorial review.
While we aim for accurate and balanced bulletins, we do not guarantee that any bulletin is complete, accurate, up to date or free of errors. Bulletins must not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions, such as severe weather warnings.
You remain solely responsible for what you broadcast or publish. Before airing a bulletin, and in particular a News bulletin, you should review it (using the script provided) and ensure it complies with the laws, broadcasting codes and licence conditions that apply to your station.
You are responsible for the station name and sponsor information you configure, and for holding any rights needed to mention them on air.
Subject to these Terms, you may broadcast, stream and publish the bulletins delivered to your account, including on your station's website and podcasts. You may not resell or redistribute the bulletins as a standalone feed or service to third parties. News bulletins summarise stories reported by third-party publishers; the underlying articles remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service depends on third-party providers (including weather data, news sources, AI, voice and email providers) and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. Scheduled bulletins only use a credit when they are successfully generated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the content of a bulletin or from a missed or late delivery, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
For any inquiries or issues related to the Service, including questions about your account, purchases, or technical assistance, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected].
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the UK.
AITHERCAST reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending a notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the AITHERCAST service at our discretion, without notice, and without liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.
